It depends on your goals. Custom HTML5 is best for performance and unique design. WordPress is ideal if you want a blog or need to manage lots of content. Wix and Squarespace are easiest to update yourself post-launch. I'll help you decide during our chat session.
Landing pages typically take 5–7 days. Small websites (3–5 pages) take 2–3 weeks. Larger multi-page websites take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Custom-coded projects may take longer. Timeline is confirmed in the project proposal.
Yes — 100%. Upon completion and full payment, you receive all source files, hosting credentials, and domain access. Everything is yours. I do not retain any ownership.
